At immersion assembly

At immersion assembly it was fun because we ate and cooked pancakes and we also got to watch movies that teachers made when we were on school holidays. My favorite movies was team's 4 , 2 and 5. I liked the team 4 movie because it was funny and it has more interesting stuff in it like about eating too much lollies and could red bull give you wings. I knew that red bull could not give you wings because red bull ain't a energy drink that actually give you wings and I also knew that lollies weren’t good for kids and adults because it is not healthy and it gives as rotten teeth. I like team 5 movie because you get to know more about gas, liquid, and also solid. I really like team 2 movie because we get to check out to see which one can float and which one can sink.

In the holidays I went to the riverside camp it was is amazing we did a lot of activities and we sleep in these cabins there were 5 or 4 bunks. We did lots of activities like messy game in messy games there was fome baseball with slides and baby pools the baby pools where for the bases.

Experiments

Wow! what an amazing day we did lots of science experiment. Here were 3 things like one was the little balls.two was the mentors and coke next dry ice with warm water in a bottle blows up. Three was the dry ice and water dish washing liquid.

2 TBSP hot water

1/2 teaspoon borax

1 tablespoon PVA or Elmers Glue

1 tablespoon cornflour

food colouring (optional)

Glitter (optional)

1. In your first cup add 2 TBSP hot water and 1/2 tsp of Borax and combined until borax dissolved and set aside.
2. In the second cup combine the glue, cornflour & food colouring.
3. Then add 1/2 a teaspoon of the borax water mixture to the 2nd cup and mix well. The mixture will then stick to your stirring stick, remove from container and using your hands roll it firmly into a ball – Keep rolling and squeezing until you  no longer hear air bubbles.
